Good day. I am submitting this proposal for your consideration. I am Arben Vallente from the Philippines. I am currently pursuing my Master's degree in Electrical Engineering. I have been working as a Research Associate for the Center for Research in Energy Systems and Technologies. This work has given me the opportunities to meet personally Dr. Lilienthal, the HOMER developer himself, who delivered his lecture to us about microgrid simulation and modeling.
