We have ecommerce sales in Netherlands. We need help on hourly basis to assist our customers in Netherlands. Customers will have support questions regarding the deliveries. The customers needs support both in email and if they call in on phone. You then need to be able to speak and write in dutch. You will then be able to support our customers directly when they do send emails or want to call us. The questions is general, "Where is my parcel"? or the customer may want to return the parcel. If you need more any assist in a question we will communicate with you in english, and you have the communication in dutch with the customer. From start it will only be a few hours a week, hopefully when we grove it will be more hours.
