[Delphi] Image and Text component

I want a small vcl delphi component that will actually be a inherit from a Timage. What I actually want to do is to have an Image and on the bottom of image a text like caption. Here is an example: [login to view URL] The component will be connected with a TImageList and would be able to load PNG files without problems. So actually the selection of image would be done using the ImageList and ImageIndex items. It will have a dropdown property that will allow to use standard sizes and those are: Very Small (16x16), Small (24x24), Normal (32x32), Medium (48x48), Big (64x64), Huge (128x128) and Custom. If its custom it allows to resize otherwise resize is not allowed. In custom mode, the image must be always square like 20x20 50x50 68x68 etc. If I try to resize to 100x65 it will convert to 100x100. At last the property of image stretch will be always true. The text will be always aligned to center on the image as the screenshot example. Of course we need properties for Caption and Font. I need access to Left and Right click of the whole component (both Image and Text). It must compile and run in Delphi XE7 and up to Windows 10 without issues.
