***Please Read Full Description**** I need help with Linear Interpolation/Step Response. I am looking to merge two separate types of .csv files into one .csv file. This should be done through code, particularly Pandas or other Data Science tools. Please note the files have different timescales. One timescale is in milliseconds and one is in seconds. I need help finding a common timescale between the two .csv files. This can be done through Linear Interpolation or Step Response. I would prefer the code be done through Jupyter Notebook. I have done something similar to this already but the files are index aligned, instead of time aligned. I can provide the code I have, but the code will need to be modified for this task. I have attached a folder with the .csv files. I need the "test_tGraph" file and the "gmadc" files merged into one DataFrame

I could solve your problem using maximum likelihood. You only have two parameters to fit, frequency ratio and offset, so a simple ad- hoc algorithm would do it.
