AI-Powered Tech Support Document Analysis

I am seeking a qualified AI and machine-learning firm to develop a high-performance document analysis and diagnostics system, designed specifically for the in-depth perusal of technical documents. Intended Functions: - Analyze and draw meaningful data from various types of technical papers which include but are not limited to user manuals, troubleshooting guides, service reports, voice service reports, parts lists, and preventive maintenance guides. (+/- 500 documents) - The system should be designed and optimized for use primarily by our Technical Support Department. Intelligent Document Analysis: - Implement a feature to integrate and process data added by technicians, both vocally ( Canadien French and English) and through emails, detailing equipment issues, diagnostics, and solutions. - The system should assimilate written communication like emails for additional data accumulation. Data Extraction: - The system must be equipped to extract key data from the respective documents. This includes key phrases or keywords, error codes, proposed solutions corresponding to the symptoms of an equipment, part numbers of concern, and surrounding parts that are likely to require change. Visual Recognition for Equipment Analysis: (Nice to have, could be phase 2) -Integrate image recognition to analyze photos of equipment issues, identifying problem areas, and suggesting maintenance or repair solutions. Skills and Experience Required: - Proven experience in AI and Machine Learning - Document analysis expertise - System diagnostic proficiency - Familiarity with technical support processes and requirements Your background should demonstrate successful delivery of similar AI-powered, data extraction systems. Deliverables: • A fully functional, user-friendly AI system tailored to our department’s needs. • Comprehensive documentation and training materials. • Ongoing technical support and system maintenance. • The data come in many languages and the search should be functioning in French and English.
