I am looking for somebody reliable and efficient to help manage a digital marketing company and free up my time to work on the business rather than in the business. Initially it will be 5-10 hours a week. Wanting to build a more efficient machine. The overall goal is to increase sales AND free up time. TASKS MAY INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO - Monitor and filter email and allocate to correct person in our team of designers, developers, copywriters and web researchers - Allocate website maintenance tasks to developers - Project Manage Web Design - Manage content on Wordpress websites - Manage social media pages - Document our policies, procedures and systems - Create SEO & PPC reports each month - Communicate with clients using email, skype & phone - Send regular client updates (from SEO & Web Design) - Web Design & SEO Proposals (based on a template, but with some research of their specific needs are needed) - Keyword Research & Reports - Set up & manage social media profiles
