Now Hiring: Client Support Agent for growing B2B E-Commerce company. We're looking for agents that can familiarize themselves with our policies, communicate them properly to our clients, handle general inquiries, provide order support via Zendesk support and chat. Requirement: Prior experience with zendesk. Fluency in US English Proven CS soft skills Proficiency in understanding the nature of the inquiry and analyzing client data. You will be required to successfully pass 3 assessments (10 minutes) each for further consideration.
