Needs to hire 3 Freelancers Thank you for taking the time to read this post. We are currently in the search for 4-5 new agents to join our team. We are looking for agents that are fast learners, can work independently and are self sufficient and above all have a great, upbeat and positive personality. Bilingual in Spanish is a bonus. We are looking to fill the following shifts: Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM PST, Tuesday-Saturday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM PST, Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM PST, or Tuesday-Saturday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM PST. If your availability does not allow you to work at least one of these days/times please do not apply. We are a call center that works closely with doctors in a variety of fields. We specialize in taking inbound phone calls for doctor's offices and make outbound calls for appointment scheduling. MUST be comfortable talking on the phone and answering high volumes of phone calls. Also must be comfortable using multiple systems. Must have a reliable internet connect that is fast - this will vary depending on your location, a computer, and a quiet place from your home to work from. [Speed requirements: Ping - No higher than 20ms, the lower the better Download - No lower than 10 Mbps, the higher the better Upload - No lower than 4 Mbps, the higher the better] Some things we are looking for are: - Fast learners, people who are comfortable working on and learning multiple softwares, positive attitudes and of course a good phone-voice! :) - Must be interested in long term position as training is time consuming and position will be steady work with consistent schedule -Fluent in English with an American accent - Must have dual monitors or be willing to acquire an additional monitor/screen. Experience in the following is a bonus (but we will train the right candidate!): -Healthcare field -Call center -Customer Service -Bilingual in Spanish *Please note Chrome notebook computers are not compatible with our platforms.

Good Day! I would like to express my interest for this project. Although, I want work with this project so much but I also wanted to be honest with my proposal or application letter. I don't have experience in healthcare field but I do have experience for technical service. Also, I am not fluent nor conversational in speaking Spanish but I do have the passion to learn for it.
