Video slider script that injects a video ad tag (VPAID or VAST)

- Take existing script template of EPOM I've and modify it to include a SCRIPT for VPAID or VAST instead of the current FLASH/IMG. An example of the injected SCRIPT is included at the bottom. - The Video size that plays after the slider comes down is 640x480. - Display a loading image that's a banner (lets say from App Nexus, or other tag) - Add a close button that actually slides the video up, but doesn't delete it from the document. This means making it invisible. - Add a regulation message at the bottom of the slider box saying "This ad is brought to you by Jacob Dvir." - Should work on Chrome, Safari, Firefox - The current EPOM template that needs to be modified to my needs is in the [login to view URL] file - Example of the injected element/script, should be passed as a parameter to config is in the file [login to view URL] - The template base I've from Epom and needs to be modified to suit my needs: Please pay attention: 1) the parameters passed to the script are in the config parameter, some are needed but others can be removed (for current FLASH and IMG integration, which aren't needed) 2) the script is inside an anonymous function (to act as a widget) 3) no additional scripts or libraries are included (jQuery, Angular, etc.)
