[login to view URL] main banner plays youtube video on PC, but doesn't play on mobile. It's not reliable on all browsers as sometimes the video won't play. We need something for the main banner that plays a local video, loads automatically, you can pause, play, turn sound on/off, and all features it has now, except we want it to play video locally stored on the server vs streaming from youtube. We need this to play on PC, tablet, and mobile and for it to work on all browser types.
