We're an online education company and have a long standing clients who works in the water safety advocacy space. They need a 10 minute English children s book written about water safety to be read out by a teacher in pre-school and kindergarten. We will be developing online resources to accompany the book. The key themes of the story would need to be about staying away from water, always be around an adult, and don't climb fences or gates. We'd like the themes embedded within a narrative story to be read out from an illustrated book by the teacher, and would seek advice on characters (but the client seems to love ducks) :) If you do illustrations as well then please put forward some prior work and we'll take it to the client. The children will be given matching take home brochures and toys. We'd need to see prior work by the successful applicant, and you would ideally have a teaching and early childhood development background.
