REQUIREMENTS: R1) it is important to use "Audacity V2.1.3" It needs to work in Audacity 2.1.3 and above PROGRAMto open inside ZIP and working VST file included in ZIP file) R2) you need to use C++, part of Visual Studio Express Edition (freeware), or other program, but it needs to be freeware for commercial purposes R3) in no way you should not use program that is not freeware R4) by working and accepting project, copyrights need to be transferred to me (working simplest example) =========================================================== SIMPLEST PROGRAM DETAILS: 1) when we add this VST .dll file format plugin to folder "Plugins" on C drive where is Audacity, and enable this plugin it should be available in menu of Audacity 2) when we click on it, it should show USER INTERFACE that looks similar like what is attached - picture. design is not so important like functionality 3) When we click PLAY it should play sound that it is currently recorded, it should play all layers with applied VST effect This main and only simple sound effect is to add specific value to each sound sample.
