Hello The main problem for your task is size of RAM for UNO. Work with GSM and camera eats a lot of RAM even in separated task. I can make your project, but I strongly recommend to use something like ArduinoMega, because when you out of RAM in embedded solution - you can catch a lot of unpredictable and hard-to-diagnose bugs in the future.

PH, heating, lighting. I am ready to write a program for Arduino and provide a complete description of the device. But In fact, I need a more detailed description of the project.
