Need Real Estate Writers ...,

This is a project for a top notch writer who has a background in real estate or finance or a strong interest in these areas. The writer must be familiar with the real estate markets of the United States and should be able to write articles on this topic as well as home/neighborhood descriptions. The rate of pay is $1 per 100 words. The average requested length of articles 500-600 words. However there are occasionally projects that pay more than this rate. Also the more reliable you are and better quality your work is, the more work you will receive. In order to place a proper bid on this project, you need to send a PM with the number of articles that you can submit per day (minimum allowable number is 3 articles per day) and also include real estate writing samples and your resume/CV. Also if you currently work with us or have worked with us in the past you are not eligible for this project. All work must be 100% original and pass Copyscape and Plagiarism Detect. We will own all copyrights to all work upon payment. Articles are not to be reused in any way for any reason (including resell, reuse, re-write or give away). Scraped content will not be accepted. No spelling and grammatical errors! Any articles that are not submitted on time or do not meet the guidelines will not be paid for. This first project will be for 6 articles. Only bids of $30 will be considered.
