I have many files that are encrypted - - I lost the keys when I upgraded Windows years' ago - they never warned me that I needed to back up the keys. The files have pictures of my family. I need to decrypt them - I've been told it's not possible but I still hold out hope. I'm willing to pay up to $3000 to solve this problem.
