Hi, Experienced hands in heat exchanger design here. Have worked using HTRI and empirical tools to design shell and tube and cross flow heat exchangers for two years. However for your project if you don't want such ready-made tools, I can work from fundamentals of heat exchanger design. It will include all real life engineering considerations also ( fouling, material thermal expansion problem etc. ). The design will conform to TEMA standards.
