I'm after a qs that can provide a bill of quaitys for residential construction sites I'm after the demolition, excavation, piling quantitys Will provide architectural, structural drawings, existing site surveys and geotechnical reports. the freelancer will be reading building plans, entering the plans into a program and then they with calculate an estimation of material needed for the construction job.
