I would like to simulate sheet forming process in finite elements. You can use ANSYS Mechanical for that or ANSYS Autodyne. please find the attached drawing. The sheet is moving from right to left through rigid wedge shaped dies (as shown).The sheet undergoes plastic forming in order to change its thickness.
