Mechanical design - robot gripper for an automation application / ProE Creo

We need mechanical design of a robot gripper for an automation project. The design must be done with ProE/Creo We having a project, using 2 machine (2 different fixture), with the same part. Our robot (KUKA) need to get a gripper, which can grip the part and will be able to put the part in both different fixtures. The part need to be gripper and direction exchanged, that we are able to put in into different fixtures. Means the gripper need a design that we can grip the customer parts from different sides. A exchange plateform to regrip the part need to be designed as well. We will provide stp.-file of fixture A and fixtures B. The robot will be KUKA KR16R2010-2. The job will be, make the 3D-file mechanical drawing in ProE/Creo, after our customer released the design, than make 2D-manufacturing drawings for our manufacturing. The exchange platform need to be designed as well and 2D-manufacturing drawings. After drawings are done, we need to get BOM-List to built the gripper device. (Specification of brand we can use, will be provided later) Tasks: - design robot gripper for loading of CNC machine (fit for fixture A and fixture B) - design exchange platform after design is release from customer, than - make 2D-manufacturing drawing for gripper (with required tolerances) - make 2D-manufacturing drawing for exchange platform - provide BOM-List to built the gripper device The work must be done in ProE/Creo and all files, documents, list, need to be transferred.
