hi there i very interested with your job. Hi We had our architect develop our home renovation plans. They did these on the attached DWG files (i don't have the required software to open them to see what is what therefore sent them all). Since the DWG file creations, the renovations have changed, the details are: Modifications details are: 1. The house has not changed from the original house size. The foot print is the same as the existing footprint. 2. We need to update the position & deck size on birds-eye view. - The original small timber ramp has been removed for the new deck. - Deck now starts at the back of the existing house footprint (we didn't make any extension to the existing house). - Size of deck is 5360m from back of existing house to end of steps. Steps depth are 320mm & 310mm inc of deck total). - East to West deck length is 7165 - On East end the deck pushes out slightly (see drawing) another 880. Please find images attached that show the deck to support your team making quick changes. Finally, I am hoping to avoid them requiring to request another 14 approval process with our residence. Therefore if its possible to show the original deck footprint that would be fantastic. I know the East & West foot prints are considerably smaller. I'm praying the South footprint is smaller than originally approved. pls contact to me soon to discuss. thank you
