I need someone to design me a look for my instant messenger. What I mean is I need a look I can implement to the forms that will just make it POP that will make people want to use it and love it. All I would need is just a project with the design on a form and any and all images alone with any code that I would need. The look needs to be unique and fit the name of IMPULSE since its called impulse messenger. The design needs to run smooth and NOT slow the loading down specially if its a lot of graphics. I like the round form look but when I did that it slowed it down with all the graphics. Ask me anything you need to know. I have included a few images of what I have now. Thanks
