Project about design an 3D graphic with C++ and Opengl -- 2

Hi, I come from a Game Development background and am highly experienced working in OpenGL in C++. I have done similar work before and can do this for you very easily. I will implement all features mentioned in the attached pdf, including the basic gap chart functionality, keyboard and mouse interactivity with customizable key mapping, loading custom textures for the teams, rendering team names with a custom ttf font of your choice, selecting and comparing the teams by rendering arcs as shown in the pdf. I have worked on splines before and I can use that technique to make the graphs have beautiful and smooth S-shaped transitions as opposed to the diagonal lines shown. I can write code in both modern object oriented and C-style C++, and will follow any architecture specifications you provide. My code will be clean, well documented and easily presentable.
