Hello, Need a client , which communicates with power meter via cosem and transmit the data via rf module. We will provide library which can provide dlms/cosem protocol ([login to view URL]) Requirements document attached, providing brief over view here Functionality required a) Scheduled time at which prototype will send the message out, corresponding lora end device type selection(a,b,c) based on sending/recv frequency b) In case of certain pre-described events will flow immediately or at a defined frequency c) Easily provide Lora specific configuration via computer interface d) Can provide meter firmware + hardware firmware update through server Exact interface for connecting to meter hardware will be conveyed during discussion
