Developing ID Scanner Software/Driver

I am looking for a skilled developer to create ID scanner software/driver for Windows operating system. The software will primarily focus on data entry and verification using an Optical Character Recognition (OCR) Scanner. The ideal candidate should be able to develop a software or driver for our Plustek ID scanner system. The aim is to fully automate the ID scanning process, eliminating the need for manual steps.
