DC++ File Sharing Client -Few Modifications needed

I want a few modifications made to the DC++ file sharing client for windows that can be found here: [login to view URL] It is open source(free) and it uses the GPL licence. The source code of DC++ is listed at the website above also. So when making my modifications you have to make sure it complies with the GPL licence. I'm not sure how the GPL licence works,but I think you have to keep all the source code and copyright intact and the modified source code needs to be given to me after you've finished so it can be made public. The first mod I want, is to make DC++ support Bit Torrent. Limewire,which is open source,currently supports bit torrent,so if you want a head start on how to enable bit torrent support on DC++,i'm sure you can head over to Limewire's homepage,and click on Open source,then view their new source code. You can't copy their source code,but it should give you an idea on how to make DC++ support Bit torrent. I don't want all the advanced bit torrent features that bit torrent clients have. Just the basic features as described here: [login to view URL] So i WON'T need DC++ bit torrent support to include tracker info, seeds/peer ratio. I JUST want the bit torrent feature in DC++ to show only the number of sources a person downloads, and the download speed of the torrent. And if it IS possible under the GPL licence,i want everything under the "help" menu inside DC++ to be removed,APART from the "help contents" tab. And everytime the DC++ client starts up, I want a box to popup saying something along the lines of "this software is free and will always be free and you do NOT have to donate any money,but we do appreciate your donations so we can keep adding new features to this program"(I will tell you EXACTLY the text i want it to say). Then i want a Moneybookers box underneath the text telling people to signup for moneybookers(if they already haven't) and email your donation to my email address(i'll tell you my email address). They can close this popup box after 10 seconds. And I want the DC++ with bit torrent support to run on windows 98,ME,XP,Vista. And I will tell you the NAME of what i want the software to be. I am not going to call it DC++. I have a new name for it. I want to see a Video(just upload to youtube) of the software running on windows XP once you've finished and i want to see the bit torrent feature in action too. I pay using the escrow feature on Getafreelancer only. and i'll pay once i see a video of it working. Again this is a very easy job and i have provided you with all the info and links to an example of a source code that has bit torrent support,so it should not cost alot to do this job.
