Hi, You might not like need obligatory permission to run the site. In my opinion, once you register your company, you would be registering the site on which the company is based. But this would become unavoidable should you want to secure like your business name and copyrights and other patent rights necessities on the site. I could carry out a little research and get back to you with details. Regarding the terms and conditions, I propose we get a standard one from a free classified site in the UK and modify that to suit your company's quest.
