Competitive Analysis for a Mobile App

I need you to conduct market research and find 10 companies/startups/mobile apps/web apps that are in the following space: - COLLECTING consumer DATA from the users of an app (mobile app or web app, game or business app, etc.) - the data they collect could be through either: (a) IMPLICIT means (analyzing their usage behaviour in the app, such as where they click, their location, time of use, duration of use, interests within the app, etc.) or (b) through EXPLICIT means (e.g. surveying consumers by providing list of questions). (c) or a combination of implicit and explicit. Of the 10 companies you list and write about, *at least some* should be in the business of IMPLICIT data collections. For each of the 10 companies you list, I need the following info: 1. company website URL 2. name and URL of their app 3. what field(s)/domain(s)/industry do they specialize in? 4. do they collect data in an IMPLICIT manner or EXPLICIT manner? 5. what does this company do with the data they collect? (do they sell them, do they analyze and sell analysis, or only use for internal purposes) 6. anything that may differentiate this company from others (or they claim on their website to make them 'special'). 7. list of some of their big clients (3 would suffice). DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS ------------------------------------------- 1. We're looking at 10 companies x 7 pieces of info = 70 items altogether. You may miss/skip a total of 7 items of the 70 if they are hard to find or are not available. 2. Your answers should be brief and to the point, perhaps with a bit of explanation. For example, if a company uses both IMPLICIT and EXPLICIT methods, and they have mentioned examples on their website, do include them please. 3.
