Staircase Design Drawing - Residential Modern Staircase with Specific Measurements I am looking for a skilled designer who can create a staircase design drawing for my residential villa. Current design utilize a cantilever type staircase (image attached for reference) however we would like to change the design to a double plate type staircase (reference images attached). Example of the staircase trying to recreate will be added as attachment to this project. I will provide the current architectural and structural drawings of the villa for use (in AutoCAD). Please note that dimensions of the staircase and height are not intended to be changed. We are seeking to change the steel support type, cladding material design, glass and finishes of the staircase as shown in the example. The drawings provided should be detailed in nature to allow for construction. It should include material types used, dimensions, mounting details, etc… Additionally stress calculations and analysis is desired if the designer can perform it. Requirements: Attached. Skills and Experience: - Strong proficiency in staircase design and drafting - Experience in creating modern staircase designs for residential projects - Familiarity with using specific measurements to create accurate drawings If you have the expertise and creativity to design a modern staircase that meets my specific measurements and enhances the overall look of my home, I would love to collaborate with you on this project.
