Used vehicle evaluation

I am looking for someone to conduct an evaluation of a used vehicle. Specifically, I am looking for a general overview of a car. This evaluation will be used for the purposes of buying the vehicle; I am not looking for a comprehensive mechanical evaluation. I feel confident that a professional evaluation of the car will help me make a wise decision and ensure it is a good buy. I'm considering purchasing a used BMW X7 vehicle at auction. Only wrinkle is that it's across the country from me. It is currently in a storage yard in Independence, MO. I don't want to travel to evaluate the vehicle, so I'm hoping to find someone who knows a thing or two about cars and vehicle mechanics and can give the car a thorough evaluation for me: -Thoroughly photograph the car in and out, with emphasis on any imperfections, damage, or potential past repairs that look shoddy. Share the high-resolution photos via google photos or apple photos. -Find out from the storage yard (I believe the best person may be John: 816-257-5252) how long the vehicle has been there, and if they have any story on it. -Use the BMW iDrive car's multimedia interface to pull up the detailed errors that the car is currently showing, and photograph those for me. -Bonus points (and extra cash) if you can bring an OBD2 reader and give me the error codes from the car. The window to preview the vehicle is Friday, November 3rd. I would need to make an appointment for you. All in, I'd expect the actual on-site visit to require around half an hour. Probably 60 minutes maximum. I'm willing to pay for transit time as well though, within reason.
