As the owner of a concrete retaining wall, I have recently recognised that it is leaning and bulging. To ensure safety and the long-term sustainability of the wall, I need a professional with a background in civil engineering, specifically in inspecting and maintaining retaining walls, to help: - Review the current status of the wall - Identify the root cause of the leaning and bulging occurrence - Provide recommendations on the necessary remedial measures, if any To complete this project effectively, I expect the freelancer to have: - Profound knowledge of concrete materials and their behaviours - Hands-on experience in dealing with retaining walls, especially concrete ones - Ability to interpret and analyse structural issues accurately This project requires an onsite visit, so locality would also be a deciding factor in choosing the freelancer.
