Create a Autodesk Revit model from existing drawings in PDF format. Total size is 5000 square feet x 2 floors = 10000 square feet. Finished revit model should include foundation, 2 floors, roof, exterior walls, interior walls, ceiling plans, windows and doors. Only the model is required. Individual drawings and notes are not required.
The attached PDF drawings include all of the information available. The drawings show the original building structure (from 1978) and the remodel of the building (from 1999). Only the Option B of the remodel from 1999 is needed. The other drawings are provided to assist with the foundation and other measurements that may be required.
Walls may be generic type walls, but should match the size and thickness of existing walls. Door and window sizes should match drawings.
Structural steel should also appear in the Revit model. It is included in the drawings.
Other buildings that may appear on some of the drawings are not required. Only the 10000 square foot office is required.
