Hi, We are looking for an architectural CAD draftsman to update floor plans for an industrial property in Los Angeles including: - add location of existing sewer & water hook ups, restrooms, staircases, doors, electrical city poles - design and add location of 2 ADA restrooms for a new bathroom as per LA code (S2 occupancy). We have all the measurements and location of these available as a sketchup file you can use as a reference. You will be working on top of the topo survey .dwg. pay is $15-20/hr Thank you!

Howdy, I have been in the industry for over 10 years and have been a lead design draftsman for architectural firms for half of that. I specialized in "Mega Churches" with over 100,000 sq.ft. and would like to help you with your floor plans. I am a member of AIA and have attended the 2015 ADA class in Wichita, KS as part of my continuing education. I am currently running AutoCad Archtecture 2016 and can pick up red lines, coordinate ADA bathrooms as well as any other drafting you may need. Let me know!
