Ringtone Tunes Content Needed

Introduction: The purpose of this project is to outsource the creation of high quality original and unique ringtone tunes. Original Content / IP Transfer: The ringtones tunes must be original content, created exclusively for this project alone. You cannot copy, plagiarize or falsely misrepresent the originality of your ringtones. An IP Transfer Agreement will be required for your work. Format and Duration: The only acceptable format will be MP3, Stereo Quality. Distortions and background noise will not be acceptable quality.. Categories and Quantity: We are interested in Ringtone Tunes Content in the following categories listed below. For each category, we need 150 Ringtone Tunes. Please indicate in your bid, which category you are able to supply. Christian Gospel Arabic / Islamic Music / Poetry Rap Rhythm and Blues (R&B) HipHop Reggae English Comedy Swahili Music / Satire / Comedy Great Quotes & Speeches Payment and Milestone Release: All accepted bids will be escrowed (by setting up a milestone), as required by freelancer. We will not advance pay or partially release funds until you have fully completed your bid. Please allow 7 days or more, for us to inspect the quality of your work, before your milestone payment is released. Any submissions that are not in line with the acceptable standards must be replaced to a satisfactory level before your milestone is released. Samples: For your bid to be considered, you must submit at least 10 samples for each category that you will be working on. Samples are extremely important as they give us a clear insight as to the quality and professionalism of your work. We will not consider any bids that do not submit the required samples. Share / File Transfer: All your submissions must be done via a Google Drive Folder Share. The folder cannot be password protected or restricted. It must be a folder viewable to anyone that has the link. Please note that we have several levels of quality control in our company, therefore the share format described herein is the only possible way to share your delivery without hindering the process. Rights of Acceptance: We reserve the exclusive rights to accept or reject any submissions in part or in whole, or as a result of Force Majeure. Force Majeure: We shall be excused from performance and shall not be in default in respect of any obligation hereunder to the extent that the failure to perform such obligation is due to a Force Majeure Event or Occurrence.
