We have helpdesk hosted with one provider. We would like to move this to a new server with a new VPS provider. This would require setting up helpdesk on the new server and moving the data. The new server will be a newer version of helpdesk. I've attempted to do this on my own, reading your guides, without success and I haven't had the time to figure it out.
