301043 asp .net pro - long term

Hello, I have two projects that I am looking to expand upon in the new year. I am looking for an experienced .net and asp devleoper or developers to take on the continued development of the projects. One is a 50+ site network and the developer must know how to integrate better advertising control, payment options, email follow-up with the sites. This is not a side job, it needs fulltime attention that will be measured and paid via milestones. The second main project includes DB mailing, and requires good knowledge of mailing funtions, mail handling, UI, etc. The person handling these projects must also be able to manage and maintina the servers in which they are working on, or at the very least give specific directions to an admin. You must also have excellent English communications skills, be proactive to see beyond just coding, and be able to deliver complete products and phases, meaning you wil handle applying your code with the design and copy as needed, and it wil be cutting edge and open architecture. You must also be able to work with existing code and take ownership and charge of the project, and be a consultant and offer solutions as much as just do the coding. If you are a project manager with a team of people working under you, make sure I know about it and that you have firm control! Obviously you cannot quote a fixed price, however please give me your hourly rate and the level of coder that corresponds with that rate. I also need to see relevant work, and not just a site, but what the backend is doing, and the complexities. This is a feature project so you can post this on PMB if you do not want to make it public. We will not consider bids that do not give details on the level and experince of the coder or coders for the hourly rate, or that do not list relevant examples with explanation of the fucntions .net and asp, and inter action qith SQL consist of. This is a long term project, one is a minium of 8 months full time for the right person or team, and the other is a minimum of 3 months. Other opportunities are also given one a relationship is established. With this in mind please take the time to show me relvant examples and meet the requirements of this post.
