Modify htm, javascript, navigation

I need a frontpage/javascript/htm/asp expert to build top and bottom frames to control page navigation/display of 25 htm pages I use to build presentations with. You will: 1. Optimize 25 existing htm pages for viewing in a 600x800 window, consistent application of fonts and title positions for a professional look. 2. Create a bottom frame that control page navigation. The bottom frame will contain a navigation menu (see [login to view URL]). You will also create a top frame that contains a simple link bar(see [login to view URL] for blue bar to use --it links to [login to view URL] [login to view URL] and contentslist.htm. These three files must be viewable as 550x600 popup windows). The 25 optimized htm pages are my main presentation pages and will be controlled by the bottom navigation of back/next/audio/jump (see [login to view URL]). This navigation menu must update when I add/remove/modify htm pages to ensure the finished presentation has no broken links. 3. Modify my existing navigation menu to fix the green progress bar. The progress bar must fill in visually as a section is completed. See [login to view URL] for more on this. 4. Build a sample presentation from my pages so I just have to add/delete pages, modify text and update audio links to create new presentations. We will discuss this but the fnished sample will use all of my htm pages, the bottom navigation menu and the top link bar. 5.
