Need a very simple website for lawsuit settlement acceptance. Site functions: -allows person to enter all contact information, IP address and electronic signature accepting terms and conditions of settlement - allows person to make web payment for settlement -creates confirmation e-mail for user with copy of terms as agreed by user and receipt for payment - creates database entry of user who has made payment and accepted terms of settlement - shows verification they have signed terms - database can be accessed by outside users to check who has paid and can be printed or exported to excel (We have used Caspio Bridge and wufoo before - but need something a bit more robust and/ or user friendly that integrates and tracks payment connected to data) We have a merchant account and gateway and working online payment now - just need a better version
