Simple color illustrations

I run a small language school, and generally design my own materials in house. I am in the process of remaking most of the materials used, and want to use new images. They can be drawings in .jpg format. i.e a digital photograph or scan of the original drawing. Later I would like the originals posted to me. The drawings can be done on B5-A4 size paper. I do not want the drawings done in pencil. They must be done in pen (i.e felt tip pen / marker type etc), and colored. Shading is fine if it is simple, no need for elaborate shadowing. and colors must be solid. I do not want an expensive work of art. What I want drawings of are simple everyday objects. Fruit, vegetables, vehicles, professions, buildings, animals, class room objects etc. I would like them to be simple color drawings that would appeal to Asian children. Black outline preferred but not necessary. The images would belong to the school and be copyrighted so that other schools and institutions would not copy them.
