Hosting one Scientific articles journal and till now we were obtaining manuscripts from Authors through email or Hardcopy, Upon scrutiny of submitted Manuscript/Article, the team used to proceed to onward that article to a specific subject expert or domain expert. After the examination from reviewers have to communicate to the authors for suggested corrections/status of the paper, followed by checking the grammar and to proceed to publish that article in Journal. But Now we wanted to digitalize the process. So i am looking for developer to understand the mechanism behind the journal online submission and have to deliver the same to me in the stipulated committed time.
