I am looking for a creative freelance writer to create 2 original 1500 word articles about why it is a good time to buy real estate today. We are looking for a writer that is good at "persuading" the readers in her article by using facts, statistics and quotes from national magazines to build the case in the articles. Here is a link to an article from Fortune Magazine that can be referenced and quoted heavily in the first article that I want. I would like the freelance writer to research similar articles to the Fortune Magazine article from USA Today, CNN, CNBC, MSN, etc. These articles can then be used as reference material to create the 2nd article. Both articles will be published in magazine that is provided by Realtors to their homeowner clients. We have a one week deadline for the first article and two week deadline for the second article.

This is the kind of writing I want to do, and the money sounds right. I am a naturally gifted writer with perfect USA English language skills. By the way, I am also familiar with UK English grammar, syntax, and vernacular; as I dated a Londoner for some time.
