HI All,
I would like to build a 3D dot printer which will allow me to print dots on a plan surface.
Motor:
X: this motor will move the X axis of the stage.
Y:wo motors will move the y axis.
Z1: will hold the main printer head and move the head up and down
4th: will hold the ink holding syringe. and push the ink down.
I need a dispenser (amplifier) for the syringe to form the droplet of ink. which needs to connect to the arduino. this requires 3v to control board and Drive and 5v control amplifier .
I am using Arduino mega and rump 1.4
my question is: 1. show me how can I connect the the amplifier to the Arduino mega and rump 1.4.
2. write code for turn off/on the amplifier for each dot.
write get G-code for the whole setup. (for dot printing)
please bid only if you have full knowledge only.
Thanks
Good Day,
We are a group of Computer Engineers with experience in both software and hardware development. We have been doing Arduino for 5 now. Having the necessary experience and knowledge, we can help you out on your project. Hope to hear from you soon! Cheers!
Hi,
I'm able to help you out with this project as i own my own 3D printer and have in depth experience with Arduino Mega + Ramps.
To complete this project, we will be interfacing your ink extrusion dispenser with Marlin firmware & generate your desired GCode for dot printing.
Do you have any pictures of current hardware you possess?
Thank you, have a wonderful day!
Jeevan
Hi Sir, i'm an arduino ingineer infact i'm skilled in any tricks about arduino but i need more details about your project then feel free to contact me
best regards
Hello,
Please check my portfoilo in my freelancer.com profile : https://www.freelancer.com/u/chromenickel
you can see some of g-code generator software under : Html5 / Css / Javascript applications
Also you can see some of my arduino motor control work in : VR motion simulator / mechatronics project. ( it seems you have to download video )
I can solve your questions.
1 - Better way to make this, develop your own peristaltic pump with a stepper motor.
This is not very tough project if you have a cnc mill or 3d printer. i can guide you for it. It can connect arduino and ramps 1.4 too. You can control droplets precisely.
2 - If you follow solution at step one, it can be automaticly generated by g-code
3 - I can make a gcode generator for images and vector drawings for this machine.
I would like to talk more about your project.
Thanks.
Kadir.
