If Arduino is not essential, then I would suggest you to use better controller for this. My bid includes designing the hardware, development of the program needed as well as testing of the product. I do have inhouse prototype development facilities as well as all the required instruments to test and validate everything works properly. Hello, I am a Control and Automation Engineer. I watched the video in the link, the rpm measurement is actually the easy part of this project. I understand you need airflow control and stabilization. The solution you suggest is known as On/Off controller, but I recommend using PID control for such applications. Because if you use the On/Off control, your air flow will never reach the value you want, it will constantly oscillate above and below that value. A few years ago I realized a project similar to the one you requested for the plumbing of an apartment. In buildings, the pressure must remain constant so that water can reach every floor. When the tap is opened on any floor, the water pressure drops and the pump system pumps the water into the system according to the decreasing water and balances the pressure. This is called compensation. If you wish, I can make a system that will measure the air flow with RPM and fix it to the value you want. You can follow the values ​​you want and adjust the pressure via the touch screen as in the video you sent. I don't know the details about the project, but we can measure other data such as remote access or air temperature depending on the situation.
