Arduino + xbee S2

I am doing a project using a portable device setup which consists of arduino leonardo board, arduino xbee shield v1.1, xbee s2 and sensors ( humidity&temperature, oxygen, carbon dioxide, barometer pressure). This portable device can be place anywhere. My host controller setup consists of arduino uno board, arduino zigbee shield v1.1, zigbee s2. I have to use the zigbee to send data wirelessly from the portable device to the host [login to view URL] data(from the sensors) has to be displayed on the arduino serial monitor. For the xbee, I have configured them into the AT mode using XCTU. They are able to communicate with each other. However, I am unable to send data from the portable device setup to the host controller using xbee.
