Modify internet access routine in application built for Wifi Module board Esp8266 D1 Mini Wemos and oled wemos d1 mini 0.66 "inches 64x48

I have a Esp8266 D1 Mini Wemos Wifi Module card and a ssd1306 oled display module for wemos d1 mini 0.66 "inches 64x48 I have a ticker for displaying the price on this screen that works very well. The connection to the internet is made through Wifi where I define user and password of the network so that my application works. However, this is not an ideal way, since if I am in another location and need to connect my application it will not work because the internet settings are fixed in the programming. I need a different routine to be created that allows me to access the module via the mobile browser to inform the user and password of the Wifi network and thus make the application work by displaying the quote data without disturbing the programming. Initial access to the browser must have a password to enable the change and / or configuration of the Wifi password.
