Website for a property lettings company

We are in need of a website for a property lettings company that specialises in residential properties in the UK. The website should have a few key features including property listings and online booking system for viewings. The details and photos for the listings will need to be pulled from the API of our property management system. The website will also need a section about the company, team profiles and links through to other associated company's websites. I do not have any specific design or layout preferences, so the designer is free to explore options and suggest creative ideas that may help bring the website to life. I am looking forward to seeing what can be created!
