Need similar CRM page to existing site created in PHP & MySQL

I'm looking to mimic a web site along with some additional custom features to be added to the site. - Please see full description below. ## Deliverables Here are the complete details: Website to be modeled after: [login to view URL] (please create a temporary login to view site and follow along with my notes. it's free.) Here's the additional features I'm looking for based off the site provided above: Profile page: Entire page not necessary First Name Last Name Email Phone Change password Types of default accounts *this should be modified through the Admin panel- see below*: -Admin-ability to update statuses of ALL records and access to everything -BPO Agent (only sees properties assigned to them) -Calling Assistant (sees all incoming leads. has the ability to assign to BPO agent) -Partner Investors-only sees leads assigned. this will include access to the BPO agent and calling assistant files Admin Control Panel: -ability to create and manage accounts with various priviledges (see above) -temp password randomly generated for new users -user will get an email with a confirmation link and ability to update their password -ability to edit/add/delete fields on Adding Property and Edit property pages Adding a Property Page has following ADDITIONAL fields: Owner Name Owner Phone Owner Email County Property State (NJ) by default (drop down box of states) Occupancy (Drop down box: Vacant, Occupied) Photos (must be able to upload) Ability to upload documennts such as pdf or doc (typically the lead sheets) Ability to assign property to other member if they have proper permissions Ability to assign tasks to that member (ie/ CMA, AVM, Meet Homeowner, etc.) Lead Providers contact information (if applicable) -name -email -phone Various text boxes with questions (to be provided) Deal Analysis page will NOT be created. View ALL Properties Page (same functinality as flippingjunkie) along with: -ability to delete properties Edit/View each property -should show all information of selected property -thumbnails should be displayed -thumbnails should enlarge when mouse hovers over -email will be sent out to the lead provider with the updated status and notes. this is only applicable for leads that were submitted through [login to view URL] (see below). -can set automatic follow up reminders for particular properties (both via text message and email). *This is different from the reminders sent to BPO or Calling agents* Favorite Properties feature (same as [login to view URL]) Notes: -this can be done through the new property and view property pages. a separate page is not necessary. it is a text box that allows for notes to be put in when a record is updated. the user who put in the notes, as well as the time, should automatically be inserted Search/Display: -should have the ability to search all records based on status, name, city, street, and phone Additional Options: -un-addressed tasks get emailed to the person assigned -if status us unchanged after X days, admin gets notification -default settings of notifications should be set through the Admin panel The clean interface can be kept the same, however, we would need the logos to be changed with the current site ([login to view URL]) ======== Our current site is LinkaBee. the site above is a foundation for a new add on to our current site. We will need to build on top of the existing site. These leads will need to be submitted to the new system you create. The interface of this page will NOT be changed. We just need these leads to be populated in the new system.
