Correct a timetable solution in NovaT6. Move it to SIMS, with correct class membership lists

MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN timetabling with NovaT6 / Capita SIMS system. A school has asked us to generate a timetable for them, which we have done. This timetable has been imported to the NovaT6 system they use, where usually it would be constructed in that system. So far so good. The school is happy with the solution, which seems better than they have had previously (less splits, lower staffing costs, better staffing, better rooming etc). We were brought in to generate a timetable, but had assumed the school would be capable of managing it once done, even if it needed to be manually entered into their admin system. As it turns out the school has no staff with experience in timetabling at all which is a challenge!, and nobody with experience in the NovaT6 system to manually enter the solution. So while we were able to import almost all of the timetable into NovaT6 directly without manually retyping each entry (a win), there are some issues remaining. On importing the NovaT solution into SIMS (the main admin system), there is apparently some issues preventing class list management in SIMS. The support staff at Capita SIMS (the system vendor) have said the NovaT6 blocks need to be 'redone'. It's a bit unclear what exactly is meant by this, as the timetable is showing correctly in NovaT (apart from a very small number of classes). Unfortunately they are now classifying this as a 'training' issue, so are not currently supporting the school to get their class lists correct in SIMS, as it's out of scope of their support it seems. We are working positively with Capita SIMS on integration, and will get additional support from them soon - but not likely training in NovaT6 timetabling within the time frame needed by the school - and timetabling support may not even be provided by them. We are seeking someone with NovaT6 (and SIMS) experience, who can assist us in fixing the current issues, to ensure the SIMS system has not only the correct timetable (which it does - for almost all), but the correct class membership lists (which it does for many, but not all classes) This is one such project. We imagine ongoing work is likely as other schools in the UK and elsewhere begin using our timetabling in conjunction with SIMS (and even NovaT6). The worker will have remote access to the NovaT6 and SIMS system, and work with and liaise with our team and also the school.
