I will like to read a flat file, get one of the field and use the last 10 digit of this field in each line to check if a duplicate of occur in any line. The script should just print the line that is duplicate and how many times it is duplicated or with which line it is duplicated. I will supply the flat file and highlight the particular field

it's an easy task to be made. I will use regular expression to identify the first 10 digits, then I will run on the entire file to locate same fields in upcoming line and match last 10 digits again.
