Making 30 second screenshot video

I have a basic Prezi that needs to be converted into a 30 second slide video that needs to be added to my Wix created website. This is one of these "we buy houses" videos. The goal of the video is a "call to action" of the viewer. It does not have to stay in the current Prezi format, as this was the easiest way for me to communicate my directives. I would like the video to appear as whiteboard. Fading in and out as it goes from one slide to the next in sequential order. Also candidate needs to organize,edit, and clean up my rudimentary Prezi. I also created a story board that can be emailed as well to convey my simplistic vision. Female voice over reading the script with a pleasant, non descript accent. Also matching images in stick figure form or cartoon form added to each slide. I would like to use this as a you tube video. Candidate would be responsible for placing this on You tube.
