We have a android app with in app video calling functionality using twilio library. The video call is initiated from the admin panel which in turn sends out a voip notification to the mobile device. Generally, the functionality works when the phone's screen is on, but when it's in ideal stage, the screen is off and when I'm trying to call, the screen doesn't wake up during that time. We are only accepting bids from experienced developers who have worked on similar projects in the past. More details over the chat. Please include the word in the title of your bid. "VOIP CALL". Hello "VOIP CALL", When your app is at Foreground and a notification is arrived, then app receives notification data but if you want to show user a screen of an "incoming call" when app is closed/killed or when screen is locked then you need to implement "ConnectionService" in Android.
